Keith O'Loughlin, the founder of Land Your Job, has over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry.
Having worked with 100+ companies and screened over 100,000 candidates, Keith noticed 2 gaps in the market; for small businesses and startups who need expert recruitment services without the high costs of traditional agencies and for candidates; he saw a recurring theme of the best candidates missing out on jobs due to a poor CV or being unprepared & too nervous at the interview. Here at Land Your Job our mission is to change that.
His passion for helping businesses find the right talent and candidates land their dream jobs led to the creation of Land Your Job and the innovative RaaS model we offer today.
