Our Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) model is designed to provide high-quality recruitment services at a fraction of the cost typically charged by larger recruitment agencies.
The reason we're able to offer such competitive pricing is simple:

Lower Overheads: Unlike traditional agencies, we operate with a lean structure, meaning we don’t have the large overheads of a big recruitment firm—no expensive office spaces or large administrative teams to support. This allows us to pass the savings directly to you without compromising on service quality.

Reduced Risk Model: Traditional recruitment agencies often work on a contingent basis, meaning they only get paid if they successfully fill the role. This increases the risk for them, which is why their fees are often higher. In contrast, our model works on a flat fee with 50% paid upfront and 50% on delivery of qualified candidates. Since our fee is guaranteed, we can offer a more affordable price. This model also means we’re highly motivated to deliver results efficiently and quickly.

We charge a flat fee of €3,500 for 5 qualified and screened candidates.
If you choose to hire all 5 great, that proves we have done an excellent job :).
The 5 candidates are yours and you can hire as many as you like, our fee will not change.
Hiring all 5 would work out as a cost of €700 per hire for you
Our standard service includes 5 screened and qualified candidates. If you need additional candidates, we can discuss extending the service for an additional fee, tailored to your requirements.
It depends on the role, but we aim to have the candidates with you within 5 working days.

Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) is a flexible and cost-effective hiring solution where we handle the entire recruitment process for a flat fee of €3,500. We advertise, source, qualify, interview screen and deliver 5 qualified candidates for your vacancy with available interview dates saving you time and effort.
Once we identify the best candidates for your role, we arrange a quick qualification call with them, this is to assess if they are hitting certain basic requirements for your role, once they pass this stage we book them in for a interview screen round.
We use a rigorous screening process that includes reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing skills and cultural fit.
Our founder, Keith, leverages his 10 years of recruitment experience to ensure only the most qualified candidates are presented to you.
If there's certain must have's for your requirement we can work with these.
You can also provide us with qualification questions too.
Unlike traditional agencies that charge a percentage of the candidate's salary, we offer a flat fee of €3,500 regardless of the role's salary.
Our model encourages a faster hiring process and a better candidate experience, without hidden fees or conflicts of interest.
As we work to a flat payment model we work with you on salary and there is no incentive for us to drive up a salary.
Recruitment agencies charge fees that are 15 - 28% of the salary , meaning a 50k salaried role could cost you €7,500 - €14,000 vs our flat fee of €3,500.
