Terms & Conditions for the €250 One4All Voucher Referral Offer

1. General Overview

1.1. The €250 One4All Voucher Referral Offer (the “Offer”) is a referral program provided by Land Your Job, whereby individuals (the “Referrer”) can receive a €250 One4All Voucher for successfully referring new clients to Land Your Job’s Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) model.

2. Eligibility for the Offer

2.1. The Referrer is eligible to receive one (1) €250 One4All Voucher if:

• The Referrer introduces Land Your Job to a new client (the “Referred Company”).

• The Referred Company successfully signs up and completes a recruitment process through Land Your Job’s RaaS model.

• The Referred Company pays in full for the RaaS service.

2.2. The Referrer must be the initial point of contact between Land Your Job and the Referred Company. Previous or ongoing communications between the Referred Company and Land Your Job invalidate the referral.

3. Payout Conditions

3.1. The Referrer is entitled to only one (1) €250 One4All Voucher per Referred Company, regardless of the number of roles filled through RaaS.

• Whether the Referred Company hires 1 candidate or 100 candidates through Land Your Job’s RaaS service, the Referrer will only receive one €250 One4All Voucher.

3.2. The €250 One4All Voucher will be provided to the Referrer within 30 days of the Referred Company completing their first successful recruitment process and full payment of the RaaS service.

4. Exclusions

4.1. The Offer is not applicable if:

• The Referrer is an employee of the Referred Company.

• The Referred Company has previously engaged with or is already in discussions with Land Your Job prior to the referral.

• The Referred Company does not complete the recruitment process or fails to pay for the RaaS service in full.

4.2. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

5. Duration and Termination

5.1. Land Your Job reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Liability

6.1. Land Your Job accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen One4All Vouchers once they have been delivered to the Referrer.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

By participating in this referral program, the Referrer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
